When you submit our contact form we collect the name, company, email address and message you provide. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a possible business relationship. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how visitors use our site. IP addresses are anonymised and analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in our cookie banner. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the “Manage consent” option on the site. This may involve transferring data to Google in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

Web fonts are self-hosted, so displaying this site does not share your data with font providers. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server log data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to operate the service, based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, and Google for analytics where you have consented). Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
Contact-form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per our Google Analytics configuration (by default up to 14 months). Consent records are kept as required to demonstrate compliance.
