When you submit our contact form we collect the name, company, email address and message you provide. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a possible business relationship. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how visitors use our site. IP addresses are anonymised and analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in our cookie banner. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the “Manage consent” option on the site. This may involve transferring data to Google in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
We use the Complianz consent management platform to record your cookie preferences, storing your consent choices and an anonymised record of consent. Strictly necessary cookies required to operate the site and remember your consent do not require permission. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.
Web fonts are self-hosted, so displaying this site does not share your data with font providers. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server log data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to operate the service, based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, and Google for analytics where you have consented). Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
Contact-form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per our Google Analytics configuration (by default up to 14 months). Consent records are kept as required to demonstrate compliance.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent changes.
To provide the best experiences, we use technologies like cookies to store and/or access device information. Consenting to these technologies will allow us to process data such as browsing behavior or unique IDs on this site. Not consenting or withdrawing consent, may adversely affect certain features and functions.
